We collect information you provide directly: name, address, email, phone number, and the contents of credit reports you upload (PDF or JSON). We also automatically detect whether your ID is a cédula to personalize the analysis.
We use your data exclusively to: (a) analyze your credit report and generate credit intelligence, (b) identify potential legal or accuracy signals, (c) prepare self-service letters, (d) organize evidence and case tracking, and (e) send case-related notifications. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
We comply with Law 172-13 on Consumer Protection and Law 358-05 on Personal Data Protection. Your financial data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We maintain an audit log of all access to sensitive data. We have role-based access controls and an incident response plan.
Under Law 172-13 on Consumer Protection and Law 358-05 on Personal Data Protection, you have the following ARCO rights: (a) Access: know what data we collect, (b) Rectification: correct inaccurate information, (c) Cancellation: request deletion of your data, and (d) Opposition: object to the use of your data. We do not share your personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. If this changes, we will notify you 30 days in advance and give you the option to delete your account.
Credit report PDFs are deleted from our servers 30 days after processing. Dispute records are kept for 2 years. You can request deletion of all your data at any time by writing to privacy@contigord.com.
We use only essential cookies to maintain your active session. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.
If we materially modify this policy, we will notify you by email at least 15 days in advance.
