Contigo is a technology platform that analyzes credit reports and turns scattered data into credit intelligence: signals, evidence, potential grounds under Law 172-13 on Consumer Protection, Law 479-08 on Commercial Companies, and Law 358-05 on Data Protection, and self-service letters that the user decides whether to prepare, print, sign, or send. We are NOT a law firm and do not provide legal advice.
In compliance with the Law 172-13 on Consumer Rights Protection: • The platform does not send disputes on your behalf. You remain in control and make the final decision. • You have the right to cancel this contract at no cost within 5 business days after signing. • We do not guarantee removal of any information from your credit report or score increases. • You have the right to dispute information directly with credit bureaus without using any paid service.
Services are billed monthly according to the selected plan: • Builder Plan: RD$995/mo • Pro Plan: RD$1,495/mo • Premium Plan: RD$2,495/mo The subscription covers analysis, evidence organization, letter preparation, and self-service tracking within the limits of the plan.
By using this platform, you affirm that: • You are the owner of the credit report you upload, or have legal authorization to act on behalf of the owner. • You will not use the platform for fraudulent activities. • The information you provide is true and accurate.
This platform does not guarantee specific results. Removal of information from a credit report depends on the final decision of the bureaus and data furnishers. In no event shall the total liability exceed the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
The letters generated are yours. The software, analysis algorithms, credit intelligence logic, and letter templates are protected intellectual property.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile or by writing to info@contigord.com. The first 5 business days after signing are free cancellation with no charge. After that period, the current month is billed in full.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. For disputes, the parties agree to jurisdiction in the Dominican Republic.
